This training program is suitable for females – beginner level, and consists of:
- 3 resistance training days (full body workout)
- 3 cardio and ab training days
- 1 day off
You can perform this workout routine at home or in the gym. You will only need basic training equipment to perform he exercises in this program which include: Dumbbells, Swiss Ball and a Flat Bench (or any flat surface you can lay on).
