FIRST WEEK
Add 1 large baked Potato (White or Sweet) or 1 cup of cooked Rice to meal one OR meal two
Keep Remaining meals as is (No changes)

SECOND WEEK
In addition to changes in week 1
You may replace the Keto snack with up to 3 Fresh Fruits of your choice - eat the snack after meal 2

WEEKS 3 & 4
In addition to changes in week 1 and 2
Add 1 large baked Potato (White or Sweet) or 1 cup of cooked Rice to meal one and meal two for a total of 2 cups of Rice or 2 Baked Potatoes PER DAY
You may replace the Keto snack or Fresh Fruits to any snack of your choice that does not exceed 250 KCAL
