Beginner Home Workout for Females

This training program is suitable for females – beginner level, and consists of:

  • 3 resistance training days (full body workout)
  • 3 cardio and ab training days
  • 1 day off

Beginner Gym Workout for Females

This training program is suitable for females – beginner level, and consists of:

  • 4 resistance training days (full body workout)
  • 2 cardio and ab training days
  • 1 day off

This workout routine requires gym equipment and is not suitable for home workouts.

4-Day Beginner Gym workouts for Females

This training program is suitable for females – beginner and intermediate level, and consists of:

4 resistance training days:

1 full body day
1 push day (chest, shoulders and triceps)
1 pull day (back and biceps)
1 leg day
3 days off

This workout routine requires gym equipment and is not suitable for home workouts.

Intermediate Home Workout

This training program is suitable for females – intermediate level, and consists of:

  • 4 resistance training days (upper and lower body workout days)
  • 2 cardio days
  • 1 day off

You can perform this workout routine at home or in the gym. You will only need basic training equipment to perform he exercises in this program which include: Dumbbells and a Flat Bench (or any flat surface you can lay on).

Intermediate Gym Workout for Females

This training program is suitable for females – intermediate and advanced levels, and consists of:

4 resistance training days (2 Upper body days and 2 Lower body days)
2 cardio and ab training days
1 day off
This workout routine requires gym equipment and is not suitable for home workouts.

6-Day Intermediate GYM workout

 This training program is suitable for females – intermediate and advanced levels, and consists of:

5 resistance training days and 1 cardio day
Day 1: Leg Day
Day 2: Push Day (chest, shoulders and triceps)
Day 3: Pull Day (back and biceps)
Day 4: Cardio, abs and lower back
Day 5: Leg Day
Day 6: Upper Body Day
Day 7: off

Intermediate & Advanced Full Body GYM Workout

This training program is suitable for females – intermediate and advanced levels, and consists of:

4 Full Body training days:

Day 1: Full Body
Day 2: Rest
Day 3: Full Body
Day 4: Rest
Day 5: Circuit Day
Day 6: Rest
Day 7: Supersets Day

This workout routine requires gym equipment and is not suitable for home workouts.
