This is the best diet I have ever tried in my life, needless to say that my body reacted really well to it. I started on the 10th of January 2019 at a weight of 97.5 KGs, Training 6 days a week + 11,000 Steps. On the 15th of February I weighed my self again and im down to 8.6 KGs in a month and one week "sitting at 89.9 Currently" . To my surprise I still gained strength back in the gym but that could be due to muscle memeory. I would like to add that even when you dont have the food on the plan available their is still alot of options to choose from that are ketogenic and taste delecious.
Would recommend anyone to try it if you struggle with your cravings the high fats in this diet helps in keeping you full through out the day.
