The plans include traditional Ramadan dishes and desserts in moderation.
The Vegan/Vegetarian Ramadan Diet Plans are suitable for anyone that does not consume meat and wants to lose weight while maintaining muscle mass during Ramadan.
You may use this as a standalone plan or alongside our other Ramadan plans so that you do not have to consume meat on select days.
