Flexible Ramadan plan (updated with new selections), Ramadan plans for athletes (Fat Loss and Muscle Building), 4 hour plan (suitable for areas with long fasting hours), Sedentary Ramadan plan and a Small Food Portions plan.
These plans are suitable for athletes and non-athletes (depending on the plan being following).
This diet is not suitable for breastfeeding or pregnant women or anyone that suffers from any chronic illnesses or food allergies.
