The Flexible Sweets Plan is a calorie based plan with 1300, 1500 and 1700 calorie variations included in the document. The plan consists of three meals and two snacks. Most meals and snacks have sweet or savory options (Meal 2 is a protein rich meal to help cover your protein needs). This plan may be used as a stand alone plan or with any of our other plans (except for keto).
